Mulberry, AR – Fiery Two-Vehicle Crash on I-40, Injuries Reported
Mulberry, AR (September 29, 2025) – On September 29, a two-vehicle crash involving a tractor-trailer left multiple people injured on Interstate 40 near Mulberry, according to the Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT). The collision occurred around 12:40 p.m. in the eastbound lanes when a commercial truck struck another vehicle, causing one of the vehicles to catch fire. ARDOT traffic cameras showed a burned-out vehicle amid heavy emergency presence.
Firefighters from the Mulberry Fire Department quickly extinguished the blaze while Arkansas State Police blocked lanes to protect first responders. Paramedics assessed the injured, and at least one individual was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. No fatalities have been confirmed at this time.
