Needles, CA (June 28, 2025) – A motorcyclist sustained critical injuries following a collision with another vehicle Wednesday morning, June 25, on the westbound lanes of Interstate 40 near Kelbaker Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred around 11:12 a.m. in a remote area of the Mojave Desert near Needles. Details about the circumstances leading to the collision remain unclear, but the impact resulted in severe injuries to at least one individual.
